AccuRadio is a pioneer (founded in 2000) streaming online music service that successfully developed a very solid early-adopter customer base that is now aging. The main challenge facing the company is to attract new, younger customers to extend and renew their user base.

WHAT DID I DO?

- Distilled and analyzed high-level findings from primary research to understand present brand strengths, weaknesses, and possible avenues for improvement. 


- Analyzed existing brand elements with an emphasis on current positioning, industry insights, core audience and competition landscape. 


- Researched top competitors and suggest suitable market-specific brand elements for the following international market regions: Europe, Latin America, and Asia. 


- Examined different options for brand positioning, voice, and identity.
