DR. DÜNNER

45RPM Agency, as a Digital Strategist

Dr. Dünner is a family-owned Swiss company that was planning its expansion into the US market. They sought a marketing agency in the US to support their brand launch, advise them on appropriate market positioning, and assist in the development of a U.S.-focused brand strategy. On this project, I functioned as both Strategist and Account Manager directly under the agency head. 

WHAT DID I DO?

- Primary POC for client communications.

- Developed and presented initial proposal and bids for client's agency-selection process. 

- Created and iteratively refined Marketing Plan, Social Plan, Brand Brief and Brand Book. 

- Elaborated and managed Influencers strategy from initial conception, identification of influencers, initial contact, and deliverables through to follow up.

- Created project calendar and oversaw progressive completion of milestones.

- Coordinated design and development teams in DC and Mexico as to tasking and adherence to the project schedule. 

- Managed Google Adwords strategy to ensure early creation of organic search traffic and rankings. Oversaw set-up of analytics and e-commerce tools.
